All our letting agents have a wealth of experience managing any size of the property portfolio, whether you have one property or 100 apartments. It is in our job description to be reliable management agents, ensuring everything runs smoothly when filling your rental property, ensuring a long-term relationship with happy tenants.

• Means marketing your property finding you a tenant.
• Conduct viewings with referenced tenants.
• Move them in detailed inventory.
• Do the utility change over to tenant details.
• You the landlord will manage the property your self.
• We will charge you a fee of 3 weeks rent for the finders fee.
• We will require a key for viewings from the landlord.
• Once we have taken the deposit and advance rent we will forward to the owner.
• You the landlord will hold tenancy deposit unless we are instructed as Managing or rent collection agents.
